To be legally married in the State of Nevada, you must purchase a marriage license and have a marriage ceremony performed. The fee for the license is $60.00 (Cash, Money Order or Traveler’s Check).
The marriage license may be obtained up to one year prior to the ceremony. The marriage license must be purchased in person in the Marriage License Bureau in either Reno or Incline Village. In Nevada, a Notary can officiate at weddings.  But I perform weddings as a Minister or Deacon of the Universal Church Monastery. I specialize in last minute, mobile, non-denominational  civil ceremonies.  We do not have a chapel but my home is a registered church and weddings can be performed there as well as hotel rooms, parks, restaurants and anywhere in Washoe county.

Payment is due on or before wedding day before the ceremony begins. Estimates are for the general Reno/Sparks area.  Additional charges for travel out into greater Washoe County.  We do have a 4 wheel drive  for back country ceremonies.  We will ask about how you want us to dress so we will fit in with the moment...but never look better than the two who's day it is!

*Fee is for additional time beyond the approximately one hour of standard time

I take care of recording the Certificate of Marriage with the County Clerks office so you can relax and enjoy the moment.


Quickie / Eloping / Last minute   $120

Show up at my home near the Reno Tahoe Airport.  You need to provide witnesses & your wedding license.  Choice of basic vows or your own; must pay cash.
 
Weekdays (Monday - Thursday)  $180
Can be at a local hotel, park or any location within the

Reno/Sparks area.
Weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)  $250
(Subtract $30 from the above for 10 day notice)

Holidays and Special events  $275
(Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Halloween, July 4th, Religious holidays, New Year's eve & day... etc.)
